The enquiry links open your email application. This website does not store a submitted enquiry form. Information you choose to email is received in the practice’s Outlook mailbox and used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the requested service.
Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. Ask Harry how to provide sensitive documents or detailed health information through the appropriate care channel.
Online appointments
The booking calendar is provided by Cliniko. It loads only when you choose Load booking calendar, or when you open the direct booking link. Your browser then connects to Cliniko, and information you enter is handled in that booking service.
Review the privacy information available in the booking service before submitting your details. This website does not collect card details or take payment for HB Rehab Online.
Hosting, cookies and public reviews
The website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Private access and sign-in may use authentication cookies.
No advertising pixels or optional analytics have been added to this website. Cliniko and external websites may use their own cookies and storage when you choose to connect to them.
The reviews section displays public Google Business Profile reviews, including the reviewer’s public name, rating, comment and dates. A saved copy is retrieved through Windsor.ai and stored for display on the website. Opening the Google link takes you to Google.
Your information and your care
Contact Harry if you want to ask about information held about you, request a correction or discuss a privacy concern. He will explain the appropriate process and any identity verification needed.
Clinical records and HB Rehab accounts are handled separately from this marketing website. Ask for the relevant care privacy information, including how long records are kept and who can access them, before providing information through a new care service.
