For a technical issue, include the device and browser or app version, what you were trying to do, and any error message. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or screenshots containing health information.
Appointments
Open the booking page to view current availability through Cliniko. For help choosing an appointment, or changing an existing booking, use your booking confirmation or contact Harry.
Displayed working periods describe the intended timetable. The booking calendar shows the appointments currently available.
HB Rehab access
HB Rehab is being introduced, with access arranged directly by Harry. There is no public App Store or Google Play download available from this website yet.
If you have an account, use the access instructions you were given. Contact Harry if an invitation or recovery link has expired, or your programme is missing. Please avoid creating another account to resolve a sign-in problem.
Account and information requests
Contact Harry to request a correction, a copy of your information or help closing an HB Rehab account. Identity will be checked before account changes are made. Closing access and deleting care records are separate requests; Harry will explain what can be removed and any records that must be retained.
